Ralf Bosse

Mr. Ralf Bosse has been with the company since 1985 and has been responsible for operations as plant manager and authorized signatory since 2018. Prior to this position, he progressed from machine and plant operator to equipment manager, finishing manager, development manager, production manager to his current position as operations manager.

The company’s mission statement is “Committed to the future, always”. Accordingly, the focus of all activities relating to production processes and developments at Schmitz Textiles has always been on sustainability.

With the development of fabrics made from recycled yarns, which has been strongly promoted since 2020, and the introduction of Swela Eco, another very important milestone has been reached.
